Annette Van Houten, founder of The Executor, was born and raised in Rensselaer. Annette married David Van Houten in 1986. Annette and David have three children: Nicholas, born in 1988, Danian, born in 1992, and Pierce, born in 1997.

Annette was employed at Stuart and Branigin Law Firm in Lafayette from 1989 to 1993. She worked for the Honorable Robert V. Monfort in Jasper Superior Court 2 as Court Administrator from 1994 to 1999, and also worked for five years at Randle Law Offices.

Annette is very active in her church.  She teaches the 3-5 year-old children during the Sunday morning service.  She teaches the 6-12 year-old children during Wednesday evening services, and she also teaches the series on the Purpose Driven Life during Sunday evening services to the youth in the community.

Annette is currently attending St. Joseph’s College to obtain her degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology.

 

                        Terri Swartz was raised in Roselawn, Indiana and moved to Rensselaer after marrying her husband, Kevin, in 1994. Terri and Kevin
have two sons, Cory, born in 1995, and Tyler, born in 2000.

Terri worked in the Accounting Department of Lowell National Bank from 1985 until 1989. She then moved to Lafayette where she worked in the Accounting Department of Lafayette Savings Bank from 1989 to 1994. Terri also worked for Halleck and Beaver, P.C. from 1994 to 1998 and Randle Law Offices for five years.

Terri is very active in her children’s school curriculum by serving as
Vice President of the Monnett PTA and Treasurer on the Bombers for
Academic Excellence Board of Directors.
